I have an IO linc (2450) device that has worked for years.     Today ISY started complaining that it cannot communicate to this device.   I tried restoring the device, but no luck.   I deleted the device, did a factory reset and while trying to add, i am getting the following error:

Device could not be added:

- Cannot determine Insteon Engine.

Help!!!

Sounds like it might be dead... replace it.

    If this is on a garage door opener, you may need filters and/or new bulbs.
