nik_alston Posted January 21, 2020 Posted January 21, 2020 Hi - I did a factory reset on my ISY device before selling it, but since then I am getting daily emails from Universal Devices like below: Dear customer, We are receiving requests from your Amazon Echo, however your account is not authorized to use the ISY nn:nn:nn:nn:nn:nn. In order to use your Echo with this ISY, please login to my.isy.io and make sure that this ISY is authorized in your account. You may have to go to the admin console, under configuration/portals, and click Approve. I have searched in "devices" on my echo but cannot find any reference to the ISY. Can anyone help where I can find this in the echo app so I can delete it? Thanks
Mecheng70 Posted January 21, 2020 Posted January 21, 2020 A couple of things come to mind, Did you delete the skill from the Alexa app? Did you go into my.isy.io and remove all the commands/devices from the list?
