RichTJ99 Posted February 28, 2020 Posted February 28, 2020 Hi, I have a switchlinc dimmer & it is part of a scene (basement 3 way) previously when I would press the 'main' button all lights in the basement would turn on (4 different lights). Now when I press the button, 3 lights come on & the 4th turns on for 1 second, then shuts off. When I walk to the actual switch with the load & press the switchlinc dimmer, it does the same thing. Any ideas why or what to check? This might be v4 to v5 related. Thanks, Rich

You can search by the device name or many other options.Sent using Tapatalk

If it still does it, then you know it is not an ISY command (program). That leaves you with a defective switch. Try factory resetting the switch and restore it from ISY. If that fails, buy a new switch. 1
RichTJ99 Posted February 28, 2020 Author Posted February 28, 2020 Hi - thanks i did try it with the PLM/ISY off & it still did it. I then did a reset & it seems to be having issues reprogramming. I am wondering if it is the PLM. I have a spare new in teh box - maybe I should swap that in?

PLM's have issues for sure, but this doesn't sound like a PLM problem. Is your ISY having troubles communicating with anything else?

Expand Since you had both isy and plm unplugged, I would say the likelihood of it being either one is zero
