All Lights on/off

All,

New to ISY.

How do I set up all my lights going on/off via one command?

Seems the complication is I have several 3 way switches already in a scene and not sure how to figure them in...

tnx

Oh, thanks for the reply.

Well just want to be able to either use Mobilinc to kill all lights in all rooms.  Some are 1 way and some are 3 way.  Also may want to do the same with a insteon button switch.

So don't know if I need it via a program or a scene.  Have scenes to run the 3 way lights.

Thanks for ideas...

If it's only via mobilinc, create 1 scene, add all devices to that scene and then you can turn all off.

Every room in my house has its own all on/off scene. I have a program that will activate each scene 1 at a time for functions where I'm shutting down the whole house such as my away or vacation mode

One question.  If I have 3 switches in a 4-way switch, do I add all 3 of them as a controller or responder to the "all scene", or just one of the 3 switches?  Assume in you answer they go in as responders.

Each switchlinc with a load should be a responder. Each switchlinc that is going to control the load(s) should be joined as a controller. Some will be both.

Make sure you factory reset every Insteon device before linking it to ISY! You will save yourself a lot of agro later.

You would have separate scenes for your 4 way switch. In the main scene for them, all would be controllers. In your whole house scene, all would be responders. The same would apply if you had a scene to control the whole room. Everything would be a responder.
