Cannot backup - Getting Message "Could Not Retrieve File /CONF/BILLING/2020/7M.BLG"

Also getting multiple related errors in the error log:

System	-110022	/CONF/BILLING/2020/7M.BLG

Researching the forums I see similar posts regarding other files, that mention the file could be zero length somehow (checking from telnet confirms it is). And to use the (undocumented!) RF command from telnet to remove it. But this fails:

Any other suggestions, or do I have to locate a backup to restore?

Hi Andrew,

It's probably best to restore a backup. Also, if delete fails, it means that the SD card might be getting corrupted. So, just have another one handy just in case.
