Can the buttons on the 8 button controllers be replaced individually, or do all 8 buttons come off and go back on together?  I want to order replacement buttons, but I don't need all 8 buttons for all of my controllers, and some of my buttons are standard fan buttons.  So rather than pay $30 each controller, I'd like to pay $10 for a couple fan button sets, and then just buy as many 8-button sets as I actaully need to get all the buttons I need.  But if they all swap out together, that won't work.  

They are individually replaceable

Are you talking about custom buttons and pre printed? Know that the 2 look nothing alike. If those details don't matter to you then you'll be fine.
