Error When try to update Polisy

Hi,

 

I get the message that update failed when I try to update the Polisy.

 

Log attached - any help would be appreciated.

that did the trick...one question, how do you change the default username / password when you ssh into polisy?

Don't know if you can change the username, but passwd should allow you to change password.
