Stuck on UI ver 4.6.2

No matter what I try I an stuck on UI 4.6.2.  It doesn't matter if I change firmware to an older version or a newer version.  This became a problem after trying to install one of the very early 5.x betas many months ago.  I've reformatted the SD card.  I've tried the 30 second full reset.  What do I need to do to fix it?  I'm OK with a complete wipe if that's what it takes

Installing the Admin Console Icon on Your Desktop

It's always best to use the Admin Console application which is browser independent. To do this:

  1. Clear your java cache
  2. Use the ISY Launcher to launch the Admin Console. This should put an icon on your desktop once you run the downloaded start.jnlp file.

    Chrome (Android)
    1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
    2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
    3. Adjust your preference.
    Chrome (Desktop)
    1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
    2. Select Site settings.
    3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
