claymo Posted November 8, 2020 Posted November 8, 2020 I ordered the Polisy when it was first announced and it has been sitting on the shelf since I got it. ? I finally have time to set it up, but I cannot get past the login screen. I use the default admin/admin combination, I get a green bar that says "You are now logged in" then it goes back to the login screen. This happens in Safari and Chrome on a Mac and Edge and Chrome on Windows. I have opened a ticket, but it was late on Friday so I'm hoping someone might know what my issue is.
