Error starting admin console (but not always)

I downloaded the admin console file from here:
https://isy.universal-devices.com/994i/admin.jnlp
and launched it and it created the ISY994 Administrator Console shortcut on my desktop. However, I am receiving the following error when I start it:

The Details page shows this:

Oddly, if I close the error windows and double-click the desktop shortcut again, it starts the admin console without the error.  If I come back later and try to launch it, the error occurs again.  

I have cleared the Java cache but it didn't seem to help.

I don't understand the message about the "JAR resources in the JNLP file are not signed by the same certificate".  What can I do to resolve this issue?

Configure browser push notifications
