If you send a notification with an empty body, it fails to send.

Thanks for pointing that out. I had not seen it. I don't have a question, just a suggestion that bodyless notifications should work like all email systems that I've seen, that allow null mail bodies. As I'm not a frequent user of this forum, can you tell me a better way to make a suggestion?
