I downloaded the app, and tried to log in. I also have a password that is 16 random letters, numbers, and symbols. The password works on the ISY Portal, but when I try to log on to UD Mobile, I get "Error: Email and/or password is not valid."

We pushed an update to fix visibility of Portal Credentials. Please let do let me know if you are able to login once updated.

I'm sorry for the trouble. Please do the following to help us narrow the issue by adding your ISY with basic authentication.

When prompted to user the ISY Portal select "cancel".

Uncheck "Use ISY Portal for remote connections"

Click the search icon to the right of Remote URL

Login to ISY Portal

Follow prompts to add ISY.
