I started researching on Z Wave plus smart locks but there are too many to chose from.

Could you please recommend a smart lock for under 200 dollars.

Color: Bronze

Purpose: Front door

Z Wave

Price: 200 dollars

Good to have: manual key

Alfred Locks makes their DB2-B, which comes in gold and has an optional Z-Wave module, which gets you above your price point, but the locks seem very full featured.   https://alfredinc.com/collections/products/products/db2b

Alfred DB2-B is not compatible with alarm.com 2GIG module. 

Any other smart locks to consider which are Z wave plus and compatible with alarm.com ?

Thanks for your advise. I checked in alarm.com and ordered Schlage BE468ZP

I have used over 7 Kwikset 910 z wave locks. and have not had any issues with them.
