Now what??? There are not supported in the 4.x branch or early 5.x of the firmware. In current 5.x versions they are supported. If you need to upgrade to v5.x and have a z-wave board, it's likely an older series 300 z-wave board that reports z-wave version 4.55.00, in that case install version 5.0.16C and don't go further until you upgrade your z-wave board. If you don't have a z-wave board or have a series 500 board that reports version 6.81.00 then you can install the most current v5.3.3. Please backup and read all the instructions before upgrading from version 4 to 5, some of your programs may need manual adjustments. Z-wave upgrade link Edited April 2, 2021 by MrBill 1

In some cases it will be easier to rebuild your network.
JoelW Posted April 2, 2021 Author Posted April 2, 2021 Which version do I use and where can I download it? Both versions I found seem to have zwave support.

Brian H Posted April 2, 2021 Posted April 2, 2021 I am using 5.0.16C with my siren module. No Z-Wave in my system. 1
JoelW Posted April 3, 2021 Author Posted April 3, 2021 (edited) Upgrade to 5.3.3 went smoothly and I was able to add the siren to the system. Now, most of my programs are listed as "Not Loaded" and "Out of Memory" and in yellow. I tried to add a new program with on condition (if) and one action (then) and when I saved it it is yellow and also "Not Loaded" and "Out of Memory". I have attached the about dialog as well. I already did the fix for memory in the Java. I am unable to properly clear the Java cache for some reason (see attached). Help! Edited April 3, 2021 by joel.weisbrod@gmail.com

Go back to the same upgrade page and download the ISY Launcher for v5.3.3. You should be using the Launcher to reach the admin console. You will need to clear your Java cache before running the Launcher.
JoelW Posted April 3, 2021 Author Posted April 3, 2021 Perfect!!!! Thanks so much to everyone for all your help and guidance!!! I am up and running at 100%
