Brian H Posted December 4, 2009 Share Posted December 4, 2009 That is a bummer. Sometimes that happens. Dim LED and no communications sounds defective. Sounds like you got an RMA and soon will have a replacement. I usually factory reset all my modules before install. Occasionally one gets out of the factory with test scenes and links in it.
