I guess that is a sort of" free" Consider yourself lucky. Canadian orders pay full shipping costs, regardless of any DOA items that cost the purchaser to return them, usually more than the item is worth, despite being shipped a factory defect (An iRLinc sensor was wired backwards. The others went defective later). My last order was three for three defective items, and all went into the bin because they wouldn't honour my word or photos. The return shipping costs were more than the items were valued at. I haven't bought directly from Insteon since then. 1
