I have tried multiple time to add my DMP ZWave controller to my ISY Network. I have literally placed to two controllers on top of each other, but it always fails with the ERROR 3 as show in the log. Any help would be appreciated.  ISY994 running 5.3.3 with new ZWave dongle.

What steps have you taken to add it? What is the other controller? What's your UI?

I select add ZWave device on the ISY then I select learn from my DMP ZWave.
