I just got a few more of these Icon On/Off Adapters from Smarthome. Each one seems to works right with the ISY but each on says it is a unsupported device:2.23.

 

I am running the 2.7.7 beta now.

Confirming, I have the same problem with the icon appliancelincs installed in the last week with 2.7.7alpha when installed with "start Linking." If installed with "new insteon device" then they came up as v.00

 

Icon appliancelincs installed on 2.7.6 registered properly using "start linking."

Thanks so very much. Just added support for it ... since this device is responder only, the change is only on the UI. As such, till our next drop, simply ignore the "Unsupported Device" phrase ... all functions should work properly regardless.
