Cant get SWL to connect to ISY

I've tried Link Management/New Insteon Device and inputting the info and Start linking and holding the set button until it beeps.

No luck on either

It seems to start fine and it finds the switch

Once it said it couldn't determine the Engine

and this is what it said he last try

Success, although I had to select the "Add device and keep existing links as the other two didn't work.

I'll leave this here to see if anyone has a reason for that. I've never used that selection before.

Its a brand new switch.

If you use list devices links does it show extraneous links?
