Karen123 Posted October 19, 2021 Posted October 19, 2021 I am running an older ISY99i (with ISY994 Administrative Console Version 1.0 (1.8.0_311) on a Mac) . I recently bought a new Inseton 5 button KPL and when I linked it to the console, only the main button shows up. The console seems to know that it is a 5 button v.45 KeypadLinc dimmer (model #2334-2) but I have no access to the A, B, C & D buttons. I have previously installed other such KLP devices with no problem. Any advice on why this is happening and how to fix it? I have already programmed the main button with scenes on the console so I would rather not delete the device and start over again.
lilyoyo1 Posted October 20, 2021 Posted October 20, 2021 You need an isy994. The 99i has been discontinued for years so it doesn't support newer devices

Karen123 Posted October 21, 2021 Author Posted October 21, 2021 Thanks for the replies. I have loaded KPL devices with the same model # in the past couple of years with no problem so I was not looking at this as a "new device" but perhaps it has changed without being labeled as a new product.
Brian H Posted October 21, 2021 Posted October 21, 2021 Improvements and firmware changes can be made and the modules part number can be the same. They are the same 2334-2 module and firmware reported in the Administrative Console for both the older and present ones? Is the same v??.
