POL-ISY is Polyglot and ISY combined in one...

as @upstatemike points out its pronounced like Policy.

And with this product....UDI has raised eyebrows in my office as I now sometimes issue "Company Polisy Updates" instead of "Company Policy Updates."

Be careful out there - or they will look strangely at you too! ?

Actually I noticed just the other day that the iOS spellchecker on my phone corrected policy to polisy.  

Since my ISY994 was always called 'icy' by me here my new polisy is now being called 'pole icy'.

That diffentiates it from policy and stops it from sounding 'hissy'

My wife and I joke about having three "assistants" at our house: "Izzy" (ISY), Alexa and now "Polly" (Polisy).

As you can all see, we are master of branding! It's catching on so pervasively that even spell checkers and Company Policy Updates have been infiltrated. ?

For me it is polisy.........., but maybe that is my European accent ?
