I setup my Polisy sometime ago and now i have some time to work on it. My problem is when I login through my UD ISY software and click on the "Open Polyglot" tab in the top right corner I get my Dashboard which says its online, but I cant open any of the nodes. Everything says "Unmanaged" and there is nothing  I can do but install new nodes. Everything else is just for viewing . no editing or deleting. What an I missing? Thank you in advance !

I'm logging in through my portal, but then the screen looks like I'm in the Polisy.

"Open Polyglot"

that's the cloud version of polyglot... you need to review the instructions for logging into your Polisy.

So I'm trying to login to Polisy directly and the browser will not connect (Chrome, Edge and Firefox) I've turned off my firewall and still nothing. I can make a SSH connection and login, but not through a browser. Any ideas? Thank you in advance.

Try using Firefox

I’ve tried Firefox. I noticed the  screen that say “Go back recommended”/ “Advanced” splashes for a split second then goes to the “cannot connect” screen. It’s really odd. Should I do a factory reset and just start over?

I think I'm in over my head. I reset the Polisy back to factory default. When i connect using SSH I get FreeBSD. It won't allow me to reinstall MongoDB or Polyglot-v2. It appears I lost the OS and I don't know where to go form here.

@lalang Your Polisy may just have to old an install on it. You can use the following commands to install both MongoDB and ISY on your Polisy.

For the older Polisy's that are a bit behind in updates, you can try the following.

First:

curl -s https://pkg.isy.io/script/update121.sh | sudo bash
sudo shutdown -r now

Wait for the Polisy to completely reboot, this can take quite awhile (~15min). Now:

cat /usr/local/etc/udx.d/static/update13.sh | sudo bash
sudo shutdown -r now

Once again wait for your Polisy to completely reboot.

Your Polisy should now be available in the ISY Launcher.

Thank you kzboray. I followed your instruction and at first nothing changed. I decided to to run "sudo rm -rf /var/db/mongdb: followed by "sudo reboot' and I'm able to call connect to the polisy using Firefox. Thank you for your help !!
