I believe I have everything running as far as I can see. The node server has started and been authorized. The tag controller shows up in the ISY admin console. I have done a discovery and add all nodes from  the admin console. Also did a discovery  from the PG3 version on polyglot. For some reason no tags show up. I have 3 tags the temp sensor, PIR detector, and the  air and light motion tags

All software has been updated and both the polyglot and polisy rebooted.

Is there anything else I need to do.

See screen shots and log file ( in debug mode ) below.

@Jimbo

Thanks

Steve

Never use the "add all nodes from  the admin console" that's not meant for Polyglot...

It looks like you also have the issue with multiple copies of the NS running, that's not supposed to happen but seems to be happing to many...  Easiest fix is to reboot Polisy, or log in with a terminal and kill the processes.  I or @bpwwer or @Michel Kohanim can provide the commands if you need them.

I rebooted polisy twice along with the isy on the 994i. It does not appeared to have changed anything.

See logs etc below. I also did a discover in  PG3 for tag manager just before I captured the logs.

If you think ssh commands are the next step, could one of you send them to me. @Jimbo @bpwwer @Michel Kohanim

Thanks

OK, found the issues, should really be fixed in 3.0.11.  It's actually common code in all my nodeservers so now I need to fix them all.  It doesn't occur all the time, only if the ISY is slow to add a new node, which happens...

no problem no hurry to fix it

Just saw fix is up.

Thanks

Ya, others reporting it's still having issues. Working with @bpwwer to figure out a solution.

@Jimbo       Don't see any change yet. See attached info below. I restarted everything and rebooted the Polisy. I am connecting to an ISY  on a 994. I saw on another thread that it was throttling issue. If it would help for testing purposes, I could install another instance of the tag server,  on my PG3 and point it to the not used, but running, ISY on the polisy.

Make sure 'Monitor Tags' on admin console is set to true and push the actual monitor tags button.

Bambam Gary showed me where to find it, but I don't have the tag manager. I only have the controller. Is there something I need to do to make it appear? See admin console capture below

Thanks

I would right click the controller and check group nodes to make sure it isnt orphaned in a folder somewhere.

It should be visible as the name assigned to your tag manager at your wirelesstag account. Mine was Home.

Thank You

That was the issue. I have my ISY named anacapa and my wireless tag manager as anacapa and I could not see the difference. I will rename my wireless manager when I get the chance.
