DDavidson Posted January 28, 2022 Posted January 28, 2022 I was Experimenting with the Z-Uno and found it to to work perfectly with Raspberry Pi Home Assistant but when testing it to the ISY 944i I was a little short in their implementation . I was reading a 2018 thread that said it was fully implemented I must be missing something cause it only picks up one of each the defined element. Am I missing something here? if someone could point me in the right direction it would be appreciated.

DDavidson Posted January 28, 2022 Author Posted January 28, 2022 I upgraded the Z wave module to the the 500 when I upgraded to the 5.x.x.firmware. Been running a polglot node for my raspberry to bring information in but it presents it poorly in the ISY device and doesn't work with mobilink

DDavidson Posted January 28, 2022 Author Posted January 28, 2022 Well no Joy,, Matter of fact I lost all my Z wave devices and it will not let me install them. I think it might be time to can the ISY Products I had a isy-26 then upgraded to the 99i then the 994i been in this for 10+ years getting a little disappointed in the advancement.
Michel Kohanim Posted January 28, 2022 Posted January 28, 2022 @DDavidson, I suspect you didn't read the instructions for migrating to 5.3.4 (backup 300 Z-Wave and restore to 500). So, perhaps it is time to can 994 since, most probably, you are not aware of all the other advancements (such as Polisy and node servers) either. Good luck. With kind regards, Michel

With this statement, I assume you do not plan on ever buying another car, computer, phone, tv, house, etc? Everything in life gets upgraded at some point. 3 controllers in 10+ years is still less than a grand.
DDavidson Posted January 29, 2022 Author Posted January 29, 2022 Ok re-Formatted the sim car reinstalled the firmware and installed the configuration. It all seems to work to at least to where I was. The Z -Uno still is not reporting all the I/O thought it does with Home Assistant. Just for reference I had installed the new Zwave Card and had an old back up I would not have been running Version 5.3.0 firmware if I had not replaced the card. I am also aware of polglot being I have a node Running on a Raspberry Pi. If you look at the statement that it is supported in a previous thread on the forum.
