IPapp Posted February 13, 2022 Posted February 13, 2022 In an attempt to control some new wall sconces, I elected to try out a Fibaro Universal Dimmer 2. Simple On and Off is flawless. However, there is a listed dimmer but there is zero range to select other than 0% and 100%. Am I missing something? Has anyone had any luck with any z-wave dimmers that are wired in, but not actual wall switches? I have a historic home and the thought of modern looking switches being seen is unnerving. If you have the 500 board, Id recommend upgrading to 5.3.4 to see how things work. Most likely, you'll need to set the parameters using the owners manual found on the mfg. website

tomho Posted April 10, 2022 Posted April 10, 2022 IPapp, did you have any success with this? I am looking for an alternate for the 2442 Micro Dimmer Module since they have been unavailable for a year or so (and I'm guessing won't be ever again).

To tag you have to use the @ sign and then start typing their name and actually select (either arrow down and enter or click the name). It should then show up as the blue "tag" above. Hope you get an update on this. What version z-wave controller are you using?
