ISY discovered, but user/pass needed

I hope it is OK to ask this question here.
Brand new to Polisy, and only armed with general understanding of ISY stuff.
I am moving from 994 and failing Insteon Serial PLM to Polisy + USB PLM
Michel expertly fixed my Polisy startup issue - thank you again ! - and got me on my way.

Now when I log on via a browser to the Polisy: there's this alert box:

And when I check under settings, there's three sections, and the user and password are in there where needed.

Which puzzles me, and I can't readily find how to fix that.

The only thing that is coming to mind right now is the possibility that you are using a password from your old isy that does not apply to your new polisy-based ISY.  To be clear, default login credentials for new isy are: admin/ admin.  Is that what you have in the polisy settings?

Yes, these default values are what is set.

Can you access ISY from the Admin console using admin/admin?

This is what my configuration looks like, sounds like yours is the same.  If your sure about admin/admin maybe try a reboot of the polisy box.

Thank you, oberkc

Yes, these default values are what is set.

Are you saying that you've tried user/pass as admin/admin or it worked once you set that up?

Make sure you review the Polisy User Guide wiki for any further migration steps from the ISY994 to ISY on Polisy (IoP)

If you tried the default user/pass then it's time to start a new ticket (or reopen the old) and see if support can give you the steps to reset the IoP so that default will work.
