Whole Insteon Network screwed up?

For some reason, my whole Insteon network is screwed up. As you know, I'm still using an ISY-26, but I'm unable to communicate with many of my Insteon devices. I'm not even sure how to begin troubleshooting this problem. I've downgraded to 2.7.7 and cleared the JAVA cache, but that didn't help either. Please help.

I tried eliminating one of the scenes and it looks like my ISY-26 in a forever loop. The message dialog box simply states "System Busy" but keeps repeating. It's been doing this for about 30 minutes and I am unable to break out of it. I tried shutting down my web browser and reopening it, but it simply picks up where it left off, a forever loop. Help.

HOLY COW! I just discovered the problem. For some reason my PLM wasn't working. I unplugged it and the ISY-26 and reconnected both. Everything is working now. Loose the PLM and it'll take down your whole system, which makes sense. I wonder if I should order a backup?

Hi kcrossley,

 

Let me guess: you have PLM v52 (and below 63). These PLMs did have a problem when faced with many operations at the same time (we used to call it "tiredness"). If your PLM has any of these versions, I would surely recommend a replacement/backup.

Wow, you're good. That's exactly what I have. I also noticed it was in fact having trouble keeping up. I thought it was the ISY-26. Sorry. Anyway, not to make you do all of my work, but can post a link to the PLM I should purchase? Thanks Michel.
