SLP Posted April 18, 2022 Posted April 18, 2022 Given the shutdown of Smarthome, and the huge investment many of us have in Insteon, is there a consolidated place that lists and provides customer experiences of folks who can repair PLMs ? I know there are a number of articles, but to be candid, I'm just an old guy who uses the technology, not repair it, and would welcome the names/emails of those that perform quality repairs ? 1

But it seems that many shippers got wise to it, and blocked the address. It shut down. Any such issues, refusal to ship to their mailboxes, because they are a "reshipper"?
