ISY Launcher issue across VLANs

So I believe the root of this issue is related to how the ISY launcher and how the Polisy itself are handling the network but I'll explain my setup.

Mac BigSur 11.6.5 - Latest Java 8 update 331

My Mac is on my main trust VLAN/subnet which is a different subnet from my IOT VLAN/subnet (Polisy lives on IOT).

I have the firewall rules correct to allow the Polisy Pro to freely communicate to my trust net unrestricted at the moment.  I also have multicast broadcasted across these VLANS/subnets.

I can get to the Polisy Pro via web browser no problem and have left the default port of 80 alone.  I set the username and password as well for good measure.

No matter what I do, the ISY launcher says Error - Not Found.

Now, here's the interesting thing.  If I move Polisy to my trusted VLAN/net and it's on the same subnet as my computer, then walla, it finds it and all is well.

Is it safe to assume that there's some hard-coded network setting that is only allowing it to communicate on it's own local /24 and I'm wasting my time trying to get this to work across VLANs?

Thanks in advance

@StangManD there was another thread about VLAN settings recently. Sadly that user never posted the resolution so I am not sure how they got it resolved.

The best bet is to open a support ticket with Universal Devices and they should be able to help directly and get you running.

Submit a Ticket:       https://www.universal-devices.com/my-tickets
Email:                          support@universal-devices.com

If you're able to get this resolved with UD Support please post back here to possibly help others that might have this issue down the road.

Welcome to the forums.

Thanks Geddy... I'll tackle this after I get everything else setup and running the way I want/need it to, then I'll worry about this one.  Appreciate the reply and info... I'm sure it's possible but not sure what I may be missing.  I'll go that route in the near future and post my findings here when I do.  Thanks
