If you are using MobiLinc Connect, that's probably the cause because it queries all the notes for nodes. But, if there are no notes, you see that line in the error log. It's completely benign. I've been exploring the Admin Console a bit and did run a "Tools | Generate Topology" report which includes node notes. Could that have generated those Event Viewer entries?
