Tmc Posted May 1, 2022 Share Posted May 1, 2022 Did you delete Java Apps too? Doing that dumps the ISY Finder App so you have to download a new one that matches your updated firmware. Link to comment

Tmc Posted May 1, 2022 Share Posted May 1, 2022 Sorry I didn't help. There's a "My ISY" button on the UDI Home page. Maybe that would get you a matching version of the Admin Console. Otherwise hopefully someone more experienced can help you. Good luck! Link to comment

"This Version of the Admin Console is not compatible with the installed version of the ISY firmware" v. 5.3.0." I deleted Java Trace and Log Files, Cached Applications and Applet, and installed Application and Applets. Still get the same issue. Any help will be appreciated. Link to comment
kzboray Posted June 8, 2022 Share Posted June 8, 2022 @Andre Douyon This is most probably due to the older java applet being cached. Deleting Java won't be enough. you need to clear the java cache. Follow these directions: Clear Java Cache and then do this... Launch the 5.3.0 Admin Console and/or Dashboard by going to the following link: - https://isy.universal-devices.com/start.jnlp Once the start,jnpl file is downloaded, run it and you should be prompted to allow the java applet to run. If you aren't then you still need to clean up a previous install of java. 1 Link to comment

UD only supports Oracle's Java 8, you may have success with a different Java distribution, or you may not. Clear your java cache, you must check the box for "Installed Applications and Applets" Also delete any files you see named start.jnlp or admin.jnlp then download a fresh copy of start.jnlp from this link: https://isy.universal-devices.com/start.jnlp The first time it is run it will re-install the ISY Launcher icon on your desktop.
