Node server install of Hue failed

My Raspberry pie took a dump and trying to load my Hue into PG3.  When I try to install the node server I get this below messge.

Are you using polisy? What firmware are you using for that and pg3?

You probably should create a separate post for this since the op that started this post meant it as a guide for new users and not necessarily for trpubleshooting

I finally got it to load not sure what I did but now I have new problems now.  I am at work now so can't get to far into it but this is what I am seeing now.  Both on pg2 and pg3.  They can't find the Polisy anymore.  I opened a ticket in support.

Configure browser push notifications
