abartello Posted June 2, 2022 Posted June 2, 2022 I have no problem adding and removing Z-wave switches to my IoP, but form the device configuration screen, I can see where you can set the values for Fade Rate, but cannot get the changes to write. Is there a special procedure for this?

Is there a special procedure for this? That would be device specific when it comes to zwave. You need to check the online manual for your device and see what the parameters are and then set them 1
oskrypuch Posted June 2, 2022 Posted June 2, 2022 (edited) Unlike with INSTEON devices you need to set config parameters. The AC won't do the work for you like with a 2477D. And even then from what I can see, you still need to set ramp up targets with the Zooz switches in the ISY command. * Orest Edited June 2, 2022 by oskrypuch
PatPend Posted June 12, 2022 Posted June 12, 2022 It's things like this that make us all wish for a successful Insteon comeback. 2

MrBill Posted June 15, 2022 Posted June 15, 2022 Since we are discussing the Insteon comeback in a single thread over in the Smarthome section, and this thread was dormant for two weeks prior to drifting off topic, it looks like a good time for @Geddy to lock it.
