It would be different from the others you mention (not including polisy) if it's part of a diy system vs installer only Like C4 and Josh (Josh is super expensive so it's out reach for most people). It would be more private since everything is local. Polisy still uses the cloud for voice control (and those with portal). Since they're making voice control local, it's inherently more private than polisy.
