Z-Wave dongle not responding after upgrade from 4.9 to 5.3.4

Hello, I upgraded my isy994 from 4.9 to 5.3.4, and now I am receiving the z-wave dongle not responding...so apparently I had a 300 series board.  Is anybody selling a 500 series board, or have any ideas on my best move forward.

Thanks

Joe

@jtedesco

You need to confirm what model z-wave board you have. If it has a blue LED on the back of the ISY then you do have a 300 series. If not then you have 500 series.

If you have a blue light then you should have only updated to 5.0.16c. It's probably possible to downgrade to that version by installing it and hoping things will come back to normal. I don't have z-wave so haven't attempted such a move.

@Geddy...yep, I have a blue light.  I should have the read the instructions in more detail.  I took your advice and was able to downgrade to 5.0.16c, and now my z-wave dongle is active.  My devices are gone, but I did a "repair links" and it seems to be discovering them...whew.  Thanks for the help!
