ZMatter board is it actually Thread?

Is this board going to actually be using Thread? Everything I read elsewhere refers to the radio portion Matter can use being called "Thread", which is an RF protocol that Matter runs on top of (Matter can also use other protocols such as WiFi). However with Polisy, it is advertised that the RF module as being called "Matter", not "Thread" which does not seem is the right nomenclature to me because the RF portion shouldn't be referred to as "Matter".

Michel answered this before and the answer was yes. They called it Matter for marketing purposes as people are more aware of the name Matter than how it communicates  (thread)
