I've let it go a couple hours, still nothing. 11/18/2022, 17:00:01 [polyglot] info: RESTORE: Processing restore request. File Name: backup.bin The backup itself is only 45 kb. Link to comment
larryllix Posted November 19, 2022 Share Posted November 19, 2022 MY polisy system is smaller now but it previously was larger, about 300 Program ad 400 variables. It would take about 2-3 minute to backup and IIRC about the same to Restore it. Link to comment

I have to assume that is OK as writing files is usually more sacred than reading them. I think you should open a support ticket with UDI. I would be sure Michel would like to see this first hand. I'm finally getting around to migrating to the Polisy but have not installed the Zwave/Matter upgrade kit yet. My question is should I install it before or after restoring the config to Polisy? If you are upgrading from an ISY994 to Polisy with Zmatter, no you should not install the dongle first. Instead, flow these directions: Link to comment
