Unable to login to retrieve help tickets on universal-devices.com

I was trying to check the status of a ticket on UDI's website, the login page appears but the window doesn't pop up to allow me to enter my user/pass. Anyone else experience this?

Yes, several browser tried to no avail. It's not on your end.

same here - can't log in.

You should probably open a service ticket on this issue.

@TJF1960 looks like it's working currently. Not sure what they did, but was able to get login link and get logged in and review past tickets.
