I would like to know how can I know if my PLM (2412S) is died ?

 

For a short time (yesterday) I do not have any connection between my PLM & my ISY-99i (second light of the ISY is green). The light of my PLM is off, except when I push & hold the reset button.

 

Same problem if I replace ISY-99i with ISY-26.

 

I did several soft & hard reset, reinstalled 2.7.12, ... but I am quite sure my PLM is died. But how can I be sure before to buy another one ?

If the LED is not on that's a pretty good indication that it's dead.

 

You can try unplugging it for a while and then a factory reset as outlined in the Quick Start Guide.
