Working ISY system is now changed

I have been away from a working isy994i system for several months. Some volunteers have made some changes and now there is an IoX Launcher but no Admin Console can be discovered. The lights and keypad still work fine but I can't reach the Admin Console. if I use Add, all I get is a URL box. I have no idea what to put in for a URL.

The network has not changed and the isy was configured as a static address years ago. There are some backups but I can't load them without a console interface. One volunteer said they got a 'cloud' backup loaded and it showed the Admin console. But they could not remember how it was done.

There are about 20 lights, inline AC modules and wall dimmers. How do I reach a cloud backup?

If I build the system back from scratch, will I lose all the programming?

Does it appear that your ISY is operating normally?  Programs working?  No funny lights on the ISY front panel?

In my IoX launcher, the format for the URL is http://myISYaddress:myISYport/desc

I am hopeful that you know your ISY address and port.

Regardless, my IoX has alway found my ISY and polisy and I do not recall having to add them manually.  There have been times when I had to reboot one or both, and times when it seemed that removing IoX and re-installing (including the clearing of the Java cache) was helpful.  You might try this.
