K-bert Posted February 28, 2023 Author Posted February 28, 2023 Well, some good news: As I mentioned before during a remote session UD support discovered my mail was timing out. Switching ports and cables on my router did not fix it. When I attempted to switch to wifi it would not connect. I was given a slightly different method to connect to wifi (press power button twice when starting and not when UD mobile tells me to). This worked. Now the email test works! And some of my programs that send emails work. I suspect I might be running into some of the issues GJ Software Products described. I will do some more testing tomorrow. K

I have just run through and checked every email my EISY is set up to send me and they all work now that I have cleared the "From" parametre and left it default. K 1
