I would like to do the electrical installation of part of a house with the help of an electrician.
The problem is that he knows nothing about home automation and neither do I.

After being advised and noticing that the price of the sonoff switches are very affordable I would like to place the tx-series switches https://sonoff.tech/product/smart-wall-switches/tx-series/

I would like to use the tx-series switches for my home lighting system, but I don't know if it's possible to connect them by RF. I know that wifi is possible.
Is there any other way without using the internet?

Your best source of information would be through the manufacturer of the product. I'd use the support link on the page that you linked to.
