Strange problem with A/V Echo integration and using a previously used name doesn't work correctly

I didn't realize the A/V integration existed, so I was trying to do some commands to my second harmony using a bunch of direct commands.  That worked for power, but when I started to get to things like mute, I had to add extra words, (which is why I am not using the second harmony integration in the first place.)In any case, I found the A/V integration and it totally solved my problem, which is great.  BUT I found a strange problem I can't solve.

I had program in the echo integration called "master tv".  I deleted it, and I went into the alexa app and deleted it from there as well.  I created an A/V Integration called "master tv", and discovered devices.  If found the new device.  However, it seems like it is only taking the old command (it will turn the activity on and off, but nothing else that it setup in the A/V integration.  If I rename the A/V integration to something else "i.e. "bedroom tv", it works perfectly.  I have tried it several times making sure I removed everything, but I can't figure out what is going on?

Any thoughts?
