ABietsma Posted March 6, 2023 Posted March 6, 2023 On Sunday afternoon my ISY 994i Pro started showing "Offline" at the ISY Portal. I haven't made any changes to my system. The unit itself seems to be working fine. I've tried restarting. I have no clue as to why suddenly the portal shows offline and does not respond to my Alexa commands. Any ideas? Quote
Geddy Posted March 6, 2023 Posted March 6, 2023 @ABietsma Welcome to the forums. First, make sure the ISY has internet connection. Do you see it active connected to your router? (Log into your router and see if you have anything for "Connected devices".) If it's connected to your router then make sure that you can access the admin console while local. While in Admin Console check the status of the portal on the Configuration -> Portals tab. Make sure that your ISY Portal license hasn't expired. Logging into my.isy.io, click "Select tool..." -> Information -> ISY Portal Access License. If you confirm all the above let us know. It's probable that you might need to open a support ticket (https://www.universal-devices.com/my-tickets) to see what happened. My hunch is either license expired or something happened in the network to knock the ISY off your local network. Quote
ABietsma Posted March 7, 2023 Author Posted March 7, 2023 Thank you for the response. I've confirmed that local and internet connectivity is working, rebooted my router and the ISY 994i, checked the status of my portal in "Configuration" "Portals", and confirmed that my license has not expired. It's still showing "Offline" in the portal. I'll go ahead and open a ticket. 1 Quote
DennisC Posted March 7, 2023 Posted March 7, 2023 One other thing to check back in your router, make sure there is rule set up to block traffic for your ISY. Quote
