GH says door is unlocked when it isn't

I have a Baldwin Touchscreen Z-Wave door lock (Kwikset 916 internals) and was intrigued at the post about UD-GH integration of locks, so I tried it. I successfully added UD integration to GH, successfully added the lock to the GH integration on ISY Portal, and the lock shows up on my GH devices. However...

GH insists that the door is unlocked, even though it isn't, confirmed by the status shown in admin. When I ask GH to lock the door, nothing changes. Have I missed something?

Configure browser push notifications
