A computer sitting along side my new one has no problem. Any reports of this problem or available solutions. Please help. Thank you. Link to comment

How are you establishing the remote connection, ISY Portal or direct IP Address? Link to comment
RonnieB Posted April 7, 2023 Author Share Posted April 7, 2023 Javi-Thanks for responding. I am using the Desktop Launcher. My onsite isy is fine. Its the one offsite I cannot connect. When attempting to re-add the offsite isy to the lox launcher, I get a message "Invalid URL". It is the same UUID as the one my second computer successfully responds to. Driving me nuts.
