Portal reporting offline in UD Mobile

I understand that during Portal maintenance periods, my Polisy will briefly disconnect and reconnect. 

However if you look at the image below, these times / dates don't directly correlate with the maintenance periods. 

Is this anything to be concerned about ? why is it happening?

There are many reasons why a connection may drop. If it's just once in a while, there is nothing to be concerned about.

I would suggest to look at the ISY error log, there might be something happening there.

@dbwarner5 as pointed out the ISY error log should yield some clues...

Mine happen tho because my cable connection sucks... but the comcraptic cable company doesn't fix anything that's working-- which it is working 99.9% of the time.

Will check the log when I get a chance. It literally drops and picks back up at the same clock time which to (possibly wrong assumption) that it isn’t cable or hardware related
