Creating Favorites in UD Mobil

I recently migrated from my old trusty ISY994 to eisy and installed a new USB PLM.  All nodes are Insteon products.  Everything functions well from the admin console.  Unfortunately, I used Mobilinc Pro for my old ISY, but Mobilinc does not support eisy.  Therefore, I am for the first time using UD Mobile.

When I add a scene to "Favorites" in UD Mobile (I am running iOS 16.4.1), it would seem intuitive to just press the icon for the scene to toggle it on or off.  But when I press the icon, I am presented a dialog with only these options:  "Edit, Configure Colors/Values/Icons, Delete, Move to Folder, Move, Copy".  I can't figure out how to create a simple dashboard with my favorite scenes that allow me to toggle them on or off with a press of the corresponding icon.  I can't find instructions that are tailored for eisy for UD Mobile.

What am I missing?  Thanks, everyone!

Tim

Thanks to UDI's great support, problem solved.  There is a small pencil in the top right of the app.  If that pencil has a line drawn through it, you are in "edit" mode.  Click the pencil to remove the line and our leave edit mode (not sure I would have ever figured that out on my own).  It is now working well!  Thanks Team UDI!

Glad you got it sorted out.

@Javi has been great with creating and maintaining the UD Mobile wiki information for any other questions you might have.

And FYI, indeed MobiLinc Connect doesn't support the eisy, I've had no issues keeping the app (Mobilinc HD) connected to my eisy/IoX using ISY Portal access. I have control of all my Insteon devices; that works well for me. I have slowly been moving to UD Mobile, but my overall use of any mobile app is so small that it's not top of my list.

I believe I've finally been met with success in configuring UD Mobil (not without quite a few hiccups, but I got by with a little help from my friends!).

I still want to use Mobilinc Pro and was successful for a while in connecting via IP.  Now Mobilinc won't connect or sync.  I've rebooted everything several times to no avail.  The screen shot below is how I got it to work before (I used my UDI Portal credentials for the user name and password).  Now, I can't get it to sync and always gets the "Mobilinc Disconnected - Attempting to Reconnect" dialog.  I think it must be something easy, but I can't figure it out.  @Javi, do you have any words of advice?  I would appreciate guidance from all.

Many thanks!

The only thing that sticks out is secure https entry. I think you need to use the URL to ISY from portal not "my.isy.io".  Maybe post in the Mobilinc forum and somebody else may know.

@TWheat Your screenshot above looks correct to me, I don't use mobilinc pro anymore but it's still set up and works.  Your correct to use Portal Credentials at the top of the screen.

Also the http:// entry must remain blank.  If you were to supply the local network address here and it uses that connection, it will use the wrong credentials.  You'll need another profile if you need local connection also.  Needing to manually change between profile was one of the reasons I moved from Mobillinc Pro to Agave... but i don't use that anymore either.
