rodbinaz Posted May 4, 2023 Posted May 4, 2023 Hello, I am new to the Eisy and am having issues getting to the console. I was able to successfully get the Eisy installed on my network and have the iOS app working. I was able to get the PLM working and can control Insteon products. I am now trying to get to the console from my Win11 desktop. I know the IP address of the Eisy, I also can Ping it and see it in the ARP table. But even when I put in the IP address, it still will not find the Eisy. Any help would be appreciated

Then download start.jnlp from here: https://isy.universal-devices.com/start.jnlp Click on the downloaded file to run it. The IoX Launcher should be added to your desktop. The IoX Launcher should automatically find your eisy, if it doesn't, click add and enter: https://eisy.local:8443/desc If that doesn't work, check your router for the eisy IP address and click add in the Launcher and enter: https://xxx.xxx.x.xxx:8443/desc Replace the x's with your eisy IP address. If you are still having a problem try the troubleshooting steps here: https://wiki.universal-devices.com/index.php?title=Eisy:User_Guide#Can't_Find_eisy 1
