I reviewed the error log (attached) and get error -7066 consistently when the disconnects happen, I cannot find out what the -7066 error is about. No other device on my has disconnect errors. DennisC Posted June 10, 2023 Posted June 10, 2023 Suggest opening a support ticket as I don't recall seeing that error code before. Think you will need UD's input. 2
Oakland Jeff Posted June 14, 2023 Posted June 14, 2023 My UD Mobile just started giving me a stream of UD Portal disconnect and reconnect events every couple of minutes. Not sure where to see the error log that OP shared.
